I’m
Rudi Capek. Welcome to my website, which I hope
you will find informative.

 |
| |
|
I
specialize in “no-win, no-fee” (NWNF) “unfair
dismissal” claims at tribunals throughout
England and Wales.
I also undertake
other types of employment tribunal claim such
as "breach of contract", failure to pay
wages due, race/sex/disability discrimination
etc on a NWNF basis. (I do not undertake
cases in Scotland or Northern Ireland.) |
|
| |
|
|
I also have considerable experience in the preparation
of written submissions to disciplinary and appeal hearings
and in the formulation of “grievance” letters.
I
also have a limited experience of advocacy before disciplinary
panels of professional bodies.
I
also have experience in the preparation of claims
to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA)
and
in appeals to Social Security Tribunals.
The aboves types of input are normally offered on a fee paying basis. |
| |
I
look forward to hearing from you and very much hope
we may be able to work together
to bring matters to a successful conclusion.

“Thanks
again for all your help . . . the simple truth is
that without your “clout”, there is no
way on this earth that XXXX would have played anything
remotely fairly, and the truth is that if it had
gone to a tribunal, they would probably not have
had to yield £6500 without further cases for
defamation etc. so this has been a lot easier.
I am most grateful that you were able to make them
see if not “sense” certainly material
utility in settling out of court!!”

“Dear
Rudi
Well, I hope a few out-of-court settlements like
the XXXX one will add to the Christmas cheer! Actually,
I express my sincere thanks for a job well done,
plus your faith in my case . . . .”

“You
were most informative and helpful. The letter you
drafted for us produced almost instant results.
I am sure you will like to hear that within 2 days,
the employer had replied to the letter, requested
an interview, then paid her all the money she was
owed and asked her when she was coming back to
work”

“I
have to say that both Ron and myself are very pleased
with the report – we think it is excellent.
They will be complete idiots if they allow it into
a court arena. I’m so pleased I came to you
for help – we don’t think for a second
the solicitors could have come up with anything so
thorough”
- JM, Lincolnshire |

“I
Just wanted to say thanks you for all your help and
support you have given me these past 18 months or … I
know we wouldn’t have received a fair hearing
without your input … I am convinced this is
definitely another fine example of Rudi Capek “ evoking
justice in the Workplace” and one for which
I am most grateful. I would have no hesitation in
recommending your services to any of my friends or
colleagues …”
